We have extensive experience and inclusive practice in multistage transactions including for construction of the sites of national importance according to FIDIC terms. We have experience in representing our clients in big construction disputes. We have successfully resolved and litigated many disputes in the Russian arbitration (arbitrazh) courts and International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

We arrange and support trading and investment transactions involving land.

The partners of our firm have provided support and legal advice on ownership transactions involving disposition of large commercial land plots (including transfer of long-term leasehold interest) in Moscow region. We have a large experience in land pledge, mortgage, purchase and sale of industrial property, registration of land ownership transfer at reorganization of legal entity (including the reorganization of joint stock company in the form of division or split-off being conducted simultaneously with company combination or consolidation).

We have actively participated and advised on property transactions held in the Russian region to transfer common property of several thousand hectares of land helping the owner to save its costs and expenses at such transaction.
